• Generally, US orders take 3 to 6 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on your location and if we have the item in stock.
• To speed up customer delivery we use stock warehouses around the world and we use the location that is most efficient for your destination.
• We usually ship same-day for orders placed on business days, but sometimes this may take a little longer.
• If you would like to receive your order faster, we offer 2-Day Expedited Shipping for all U.S. orders.  (Contact us to check shipping rate)

We offer regular International shipping to most countries

• Delivery is 9 to 20 business days depending on your location.
• Regular Tracking included.
• Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to process your orders for shipment.
• The time frame above is simply an estimation of average orders shipped out. Your order may arrive sooner, or slightly later, based on a variety of factors that are out of our control - such as customs checks, natural disasters, weather events, public holidays, strikes etc. 
• Please contact us if your country is remote and you would like to place an order. We will check and confirm best and fastest shipping rates and manually place the order for you.

• There may be Import Taxes or Customs Duties applied by your own country. This is outwith our control. 
• Please note that you are responsible for your own country's Taxes and Duties charged.
• Customs might require payment before your package is released.
• Regular tracking software is known to be slow at updating. This applies to domestic shipping and international - so please keep that in mind when checking tracking.

Returns

We hope you're happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it just doesn't tick all the boxes. 

Please use the guidance below to return your item:

• Please email us - support [at] themilitaryplace [dot] com - and let us know you're returning your item, and the reason you're not happy with it
• Ensure you return your item within 7 days of purchase with the original packaging.
• Important:  When returning items, please add Tracking and insurance to your package.  
  If the item gets lost in the post, the item can be tracked and the relevant postal service will be held responsible. 
  Therefore we can refund your item and return shipping costs to you.
• If you don't add tracking and your item is lost in the post, we are unable to make a refund.
• We are happy to exchange items or do full refunds. 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24hrs.   Cancellations outwith this time period cannot be accepted once your order has shipped.  We always try to offer excellent service and process orders within 36 hrs of receipt.
